Refund and Exchange Policy
To exchange tickets for another performance, please email theatertickets@wesleyanschool.org. No refunds will be issued.
General Policies
Doors to the theater will open approximately 30 minutes before the start of the show. Please do not bring drinks or food into the theater.
A handful of walk-up tickets are available at the box office at no cost. These tickets are not guaranteed, and they are first come, first served. Failure to arrive to your seat 5 minutes before the start time of the show may result in your seat being released to walk up patrons tickets.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Wesleyan Theater).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
